UK Launches £700 Million Strategic Sites Financing Programme

On 28 October 2026, the UK announced more than £700 million in financing to accelerate strategically important commercial and industrial sites. The programme will support approximately 6–10 sites during the current parliamentary period. This creates opportunities for property developers, construction contractors and planning consultants.
