Lithuania’s Renewable Energy Project Sale Highlights Opportunities for Sustainable Facilities
On 20 October, Evecon reported that Energix had acquired a ready-to-build Lithuanian hybrid energy project for €25.4 million, approximately US$28.4 million. The development combines a 220 MW wind farm, a 60 MW solar park and 286 MWh of battery storage, with an estimated construction cost of around €400 million, approximately US$448 million. The transaction concerns an energy project rather than a dedicated tourism investment. Hospitality operators and leisure-property developers can explore energy-demand forecasting, facility-efficiency analysis and sustainable infrastructure planning, while HPC can support data-driven operational decisions.
